Windows Installation: Mar. 16, 2008
Dear Steve,
We just wanted to thank you for making the process of buying and having new vinyl replacement windows installed in our home such a pleasure. After meeting you at the Home Show in Hartford in January, we had a couple of other companies come out and give us estimates prior to your visit to our home. It was so unpleasant to have the other sales people visit, as it was almost impossible to get them to leave. Their visits dragged on for hours, and they used high-pressure sales tactics. Once you came out and gave us the facts and answered our questions, without the high pressure sales, we decided to look no more.
We can't say enough good things about the two-man crew who installed the windows. John and Brandon were always here when they said they would be, and at the end of each day they cleaned up extremely well (in fact, it was hard to know that they had been there). Having the windows installed in February was a large concern to us, due to the cold weather, but on every window they covered the inside with plastic to prevent heat from escaping. They did a very thorough job and made the whole project hassle free for us. We are very pleased with the job that was done, both inside and out. We're so glad we made the choice to have At Home Remodeling & Improvements replace all the windows in our home. Thanks again.

We would like to thank you for the excellent job you and your crew did. The siding, gutters and garage door you istalled totally transformed our home. As for the new windows they add a whole new dimension to both the inside and the outside. You and your crew were meticulous, courteous and extremely professional. Roof Installation: Jan. 28, 2005
I knew my roof was due for replacing but thought I could wait until Spring. During the Winter I discovered some leaking. By coincidense, At Home Remodeling had left a flyer several weeks earlier. They must have known too, simply by looking at the roof.
Anyway, I called and was very surprised to learn that they did roof repair during the Winter. I was impressed by the salesman who made me feel confident about the workmanship and quality of repair and materials. I also liked the price! It was much better than a Home Depot quote I had received last fall.
The job went very smoothly and quickly and I am very pleased with the results and look of my new 30 year roof.

I just wanted to thank you for the excellent work your crew did on our roof. We especially appreciate the fact that you pushed the work up to the very next day after, to our surprise, the roof sprung a leak during one of this season's torrential downpours.
They did a great job, cleaned up the entire area and were especially courteous to me. I also was told by a neighbor that I got a great price! Thanks so much.
